We are hiring for a CLC RN for our client. This position responsiblity are:

•          Patient assessments and ongoing monitoring
•          Medication administration
•          IV therapy and central/peripheral line medication administration
•          Drawing laboratory specimens
•          Tube feedings
•          Foley catheter care
•          Wound care and dressing changes
•          Trach care
•          Assistance with activities of daily living
•          Interdisciplinary team coordination
•          Admissions, discharges, and internal/external transfers
•          Delegating tasks to assistive personnel
•          Electronic medical record documentation
•          Patient transport
•          Emergency response procedures
•          Rehabilitation and recovery support
•          Discharge planning coordination
•          Maintaining continuity of care
•          Participation in quality improvement activities and staff meetings

Required Skills:Requirements

•          Graduation from a school of professional nursing accredited by ACEN or CCNE
•          Current license from the Ohio Board of Nursing or current multi-state license from a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
•         Current CPR certification through the American Heart Association
•         Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
•         Minimum of two (2) years of direct patient care experience within the last three (3) years
•         Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English fluently
•         Demonstrated competency in electronic health record documentation
• Ability to work days, nights, evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled

Shift Schedule: 3 Different Shifts - Day Shift 0730 - 2000; Evening - 1130 - 2400, 1530 - 2400; Night - 1930 - 0800, 2330 - 0800

Pay dependent upon accreditations and experience
