We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our healthcare team. In this role, you will work closely with licensed physical therapists to provide therapeutic interventions and assist patients in improving their mobility, strength, and quality of life. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of physical therapy techniques, be patient-focused, and have excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:

Patient Care Assistance: Assist patients with exercises, stretches, and therapeutic activities as prescribed by the physical therapist.

Treatment Implementation: Implement individualized treatment plans by guiding patients through various exercises to help them regain mobility and strength.

Monitor Progress: Track patient progress, provide feedback to the physical therapist, and adjust treatments as necessary under supervision.

Patient Education: Educate patients and their families about exercises, pain management techniques, and home care instructions to support recovery.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of patient treatments, progress notes, and any changes to the therapy plan in compliance with healthcare regulations.

Assist with Equipment: Set up and operate therapeutic equipment as needed, ensuring that all tools and devices are used safely and correctly.

Collaboration: Communicate effectively with physical therapists, doctors, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best patient care.

Required Qualifications:

Education: Associate's degree from an accredited physical therapist assistant program.
