The Nursing Director for Medsurg/Tele will oversee all operations within the Medsurg and Telemetry departments, ensuring high-quality patient care and efficient unit management. This role requires collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to establish best practices in nursing care, enhance patient outcomes, and maintain compliance with regulatory standards. The Nursing Director will be responsible for staff development, budgeting, resource allocation, and effective communication across all levels of the organization.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) is required; a Master's degree in Nursing or related field is preferred.
• Current RN license in the state of Texas
• Minimum of 3-5 years of clinical experience in Medsurg and/or Telemetry nursing.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive acute care leadership experience
• Proven leadership experience in a nursing management role.
• Strong knowledge of nursing management principles, quality improvement, and regulatory requirements.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
