We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in Lake Wylie, SC. The Physical Therapist will evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs for patients recovering from injury, surgery, or chronic conditions. This role focuses on improving mobility, reducing pain, and restoring functional independence.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide therapeutic interventions, including manual therapy, exercise programs, and modalities
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Educate patients and families on recovery, injury prevention, and home exercise programs
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated care
• Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and facility policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent from an accredited program
• Active Physical Therapist license in the state of South Carolina (or eligibility)
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and patient engagement abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in outpatient, inpatient, or rehabilitation settings
• Familiarity with EMR systems
• Experience working with orthopedic, neurological, or post-surgical patients
• 3 years of experience preferred
• Experience with Vestibular therapy
