we are looking to Provide onsite Phlebotomist, for specimen processing services in a high-acuity medical treatment setting, delivering care that meets or exceeds nationally recognized standards in accordance with Clinical & Laboratory Standards Institute (CLSI) guidelines.
Perform inpatient and outpatient venipuncture, including ward rounds, Emergency Department (ED), STAT/ASAP, and timed draws. Ensure accurate patient identification prior to collection and proper specimen labeling before processing, testing, or aliquoting.
Process specimens and prepare samples for send-out testing while maintaining strict quality control and safety standards. Safeguard electronic and paper patient health information in compliance with privacy regulations.
Identify, document, and resolve collection or processing issues promptly. Deliver professional, patient-centered care while maintaining strong communication and service excellence with patients, providers, and healthcare team members.
Requirements:
3 years of recent phlebotomy experience, a must
